What AI can and can't do
Bias, hallucinations, and ethics in AI use
Prompt Engineering 101
Anatomy of a prompt: context, instruction, constraints, tone
Hands-on: crafting basic prompts in ChatGPT and Gemini


Afternoon (3.5 hrs)
4. Comparing Interfaces & Features
ChatGPT vs Gemini UI, tools, and integrations
Using chat history, memory, and document upload features
Workshop: Practical Prompts
Education, research, and productivity examples
Live demos: rewriting, summarizing, explaining, brainstorming
Deliverable: Learners create a "Prompt Portfolio" (5 well-structured prompts for their domain).
